In accordance with the provisions of article 28.6 of Cantabria Law 1/2018, of March 21, on Transparency of Public Activity, and under the terms provided in article 39.6 of that law, the administrative bodies of FROXÁ S.A. received a total of €461,983.76 in remuneration and annual compensation during 2024.
Proyects developed by this Company, wich have been co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, within the operational program FEDER Cantabria, 2018-2024, through the aid line for the processing and marketing of fishery and aquaculture products Managed by the General Directorate of Fishety and Food of the Government of Cantabria.
FROXÁ S.A., under file number BDNS 761626 and dated January 31, 2025, has received a grant of €29,893.90 from SODERCAN, within the framework of Resolution SOD/PLAN/24/24, of May 16, 2024. This grant, intended to execute the company’s commercial promotion plan, represents 70% of the subsidized activity, with a maximum amount of €29,893.90. It is compatible with other grants, and FROXÁ S.A. has not received other grants for the same purpose.
